Hi, my name is Damian and I center human experiences to generate insights and co-create solutions. With a particular interest in systems and organizational design and a background in marketing and communications, I lead through listening, adept in product, systems, strategy and innovation design. I take a culturally competent approach to design research and strategy for industry agnostic results.

In addition to freelance consulting, you can find me teaching at Parsons School of Strategic Design and Management , a commissioner with the NYC Mayor's Office on Gender Equity and touring DJ with Dub-Stuy Records.
